If so, consider requesting a routine patrol. Routine patrols are a service provided by the Robstown Police Department to ensure additional security checks are completed by police officers at a privately or commercially owned property. Security checks may be completed either on foot or from a police unit. Officers will scan the property for signs of criminal activity as they perform the security check. Routine patrols are never a guarantee for preventing criminal activity; however, they may serve to proactively deter it. If you’re interested, please complete the following form.

CTA – Criminal Trespass Request

Authorize Robstown Police Department to remove unwanted individuals from your personal property or privately owned commercial business. Under Texas law, you can have trespassers removed and charged. The usual form requires signatures from both you and the trespasser, but because many leave before the police arrive, the CTA Program lets officers act without needing to contact you. After you sign up, police will put an orange sign on your property, and if they see someone trespassing, they can act without you needing to call.
