Job Summary: Performs clerical functions, prepares excel reports, makes and distributes copies of reports.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to operate basic office machinery
- Good knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Ability to type accurately.
- Math skills to calculate and balance reports.
- Reading skills to understand and interpret memos and reports.
- Sit for extended period of times while inputting data.
- Stand for extended period of times while making copies.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Great communication skills.
- Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- High school diploma
