DEPT:  Administration-Finance/Grants

Job Summary: Performs clerical functions, prepares excel reports, makes and distributes copies of reports.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to operate basic office machinery
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • Ability to type accurately.
  • Math skills to calculate and balance reports.
  • Reading skills to understand and interpret memos and reports.
  • Sit for extended period of times while inputting data.
  • Stand for extended period of times while making copies.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Great communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • High school diploma
