POSITION: Accounting Clerk

DEPT: Administration

Job Summary: Process Accounts receivables and accounts payables utilizing accounting software.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Ability to operate basic office machinery, Microsoft programs and accounting programs. (preference given to Incode experience)
  2. Ability to type accurately.
  3. Verbal communication skills to communicate with vendors and city staff.
  4. Math skills to calculate and balance financial accounts.
  5. Reading skills to understand and interpret memos and reports.

Qualifications:

  1. Completed Accounting Courses or related field.
  2. Possess 2 years of experience in accounting or related work.
  3. Willing to work overtime hours to meet deadlines.

POSITION OPEN:                                 January 21, 2021 – until filled

BENEFITS:                                            Medical/Dental/Life Insurance/ Vacation/Retirement

SALARY:                                               $12.63/hr.-$14.80/hr. based on qualifications
